Happy Monday! Are you ready for the final week of Mercury Retrograde? There will also be a New Moon in Taurus, this Wednesday, April 26th. This means that now is a good time to let go of old thoughts patterns, habits, or hurts.
When we are constantly worrying, we are sending that fear-based, toxic, energy out into the world. We are then creating for ourselves exactly what we did not want to happen in the first place. Our thoughts create our future. It is important that we always hold thoughts that are in alignment with our highest good.
This week, take advantage of the planetary alignments, sit down with a cup of chamomile tea, and think about what you want more of in your life, as opposed to what you want less of. Recognize the fears or concerns you may have. Acknowledge the past hurts you may be feeling. Then . . . let them go. And replace them with thoughts of inspiration and positivity.
