I awoke this morning, feeling terribly anxious. I had a very bad experience last week, and am still waiting to know what is going to happen surrounding it. I decided to write a Monday Mantra that would help me through this time, and hopefully help someone else, as well.
The Mantra: I picture my future with positivity.
Upon logging into WordPress, I began seeing posts about Las Vegas. I didn’t even know anything had happened until that point.
One thing that I learned this past week, is how true the statement, “Everything can change in an instant,” truly is. It is terrifying to think how we can lose everything we have worked for in the blink of an eye. I don’t like feeling so vulnerable and naive. I don’t like feeling that life is so fragile. Recently, I have just been wanting to stay home with Taylor and my cats, and not go anywhere.
For all of the things we may be dealing with, it is important that we try to remain positive. I am home alone right now, feeling very anxious. If you are alone, feeling anxious, know that you are not really alone. I am there with you, even though we don’t know each other. We must remember this, to find the strength to make it through. Believe I am there with you until one of your loved ones actually is with you. Call on the angels, and spirit guides. Ask them to protect you, and ask them to keep your thoughts positive. Ask them to help you manifest the best possible outcome to whatever you are worrying about.
Try to remember that life is still beautiful. We have the power within us to make it so.
I love you, and I have faith in you. Hold good thoughts for those affected in Vegas. Please pray for my situation, if you feel guided. I will do the same for you.
With love and light,
