Thursday Reminder #4

Them emotions…

I have noticed this week, with each Card of the Day that I have posted, a lot of us are feeling negative emotions about ourselves, and our lives in general. I have been getting anxious about things happening in my life, this week, too.
But it is important that we remind ourselves to let that shit go.
Our health and peace of mind are more important than worrying and stressing about things that already happened, or things that may never happen, aren’t they? Don’t condemn yourself. Rise above. Let it go.
