2017 is almost over, and it seems like a lot of us are ready to say goodbye. This was an extremely tough year for some, as a lot of changes took place, due to the fact that this was a One Year, in numerology.
We all went through some intense changes, some rather tragic, and some just jarring. Some were scary and shocking. But really, despite everything, I did have a lot of fun this year. A lot of growth took place within myself, and within my relationships. I know you went through a lot of growth, too. Give yourself a pat on the back for all the hard work you put into this year. You deserve it.
So, that leaves us all wondering: What the hell is going to happen in 2018?
Well, for starters, 2018, is a 2 year, because 2+0+1+8=11, and 1+1=2. See how that works? The energy of the number 2 is more peaceful than number 1. It represents the Divine Feminine, and birth. See, in 2017, we went through a ton of changes, which are going to be influencing 2018. We are going to see things forming, and coming together. It is going to be a great year for creation.
As the year comes to an end, there is ample opportunity for reflection. Take time during the holidays to check in with yourself. Really connect with your spirit, and define who you are – even if you keep it to yourself. This will help you to start manifesting the things you want for 2018.

3 Questions to Ask Yourself as The Year Ends:

1. What am I most proud of accomplishing this year?

Maybe you got a new job, or moved to a new home. Or maybe you started courses at your dream school? Did you leave anything or anyone behind so that you could grow? Be proud of your accomplishments. Be proud of any major decisions you made or projects you started. Trust that you are on the right path, because you got this. Being proud of yourself, and your life, is important. Even if the world doesn’t acknowledge your accomplishments, make sure you do. They effect you the most, anyway.

2. What am I least proud of this year?

So, I definitely made a mistake or two this year. I made a large mistake and some small ones, really. Acknowledging our mistakes is healthy. By doing so, we are taking it a step further. We are recognizing that there were lessons for us to learn in our mistakes. We are making note of the fact that we are human. Don’t deny your mistakes, embrace them. Be honest with yourself. You are doing a good job, I promise.

3. Am I happy?

This is really a question you should ask yourself multiple times a year. But I feel it is very important to ask right now, since the year is ending, and we will soon have a clean slate. Are you doing work that makes you happy? Are you surrounding yourself with people and things that lift you up, or drag you down? What about your inner dialogue? Do you plan your life based on your happiness, or the happiness of others? Really spend a lot of time thinking about this question.
If you find that you are happy, that’s awesome! Find ways to do more of what makes you happy, and draw that good energy in. If you find that you are not happy, do some soul-searching. Ask what would make you happy. Brainstorm some ways you can change your situation, and bring more joy into your days. No matter what way you feel, know that you are a warrior, and you can create anything you want for yourself, and your life.
