Good morning, all and happy Monday, once more! I want to start this post off by informing you about something fun I will be doing for the month of February! Starting on the first, I will be launching my 28 Days to Self-Love Challenge!
Each day, I will be posting a small challenge for you to try, as you move through your journey of learning to love yourself. By the end of the month, you will be feeling more love for yourself, your life, and the world around you. I will be providing a checklist for you to use, so that you may keep track of where you are in the challenge, and there will also be space for you to write how it made you feel. I am also having a very dear friend of mine write a guest post, including her incredible journey and tips and tricks she used to love herself more.
I am very excited for this challenge, and I hope you will join us! It could never hurt to love yourself more. ♥
“Be gentle with yourself,” is literally one of my favorite phrases. Too often, we are WAY too hard on ourselves. Today, try to be more gentle with yourself. If anything comes up today that frustrates you or causes stress/anxiety, please don’t beat yourself up about it.
Allow yourself to feel your emotions. Let them be, and then let them go. Remember that you are a Divine Soul in a beautiful and amazing human body. Make your well-being your number one priority. Do something special for yourself tonight. Get your favorite dinner, watch your favorite movie, or simply take a long bath. Connect with your spirit, and take care of your body.
