Our last goal check-in was about a week ago. Do you feel like you have made any further improvements since then? Take time today to consider how you want to feel by the end of this challenge. Are you getting there?
What can you do today to show yourself more love? What can you do to love a part of you more? Will you use an exercise from previous challenge days? Or will you find something that you intuitively feel is a good fit for you?
So your challenge for today is to find something that you can do to help you feel confident in the progress you have made. It could be journaling, an exercise we have done in the past few weeks, or it could be something completely new.
All I want is for you to recognize what a great job you truly have been doing. Whether your progress is where you want it to be, or not, there is no need for you to feel anything other than love for yourself, and pride for continuing to work on yourself and practice self-love each day.
